Tabulator processes the titles and URLs of tabs currently open in the user’s browser. This processing happens entirely on the user’s device and is necessary to display, group, sort and deduplicate those tabs.
Tabulator stores only user-created group rules and interface preferences in the browser’s local extension storage. This may include domains, URL path prefixes, regular expressions and the user’s list of ignored tracking-parameter names.
Tabulator does not collect or transmit browsing activity or any other user data to the developer or to third parties. It has no server, account system, analytics, telemetry, advertising or remotely hosted code. No human can access data processed by the extension.
User data is not sold, shared, used for advertising, used for creditworthiness, or used for any purpose unrelated to Tabulator’s single purpose of managing open tabs. Its use complies with the Chrome Web Store Limited Use requirements.
Users can delete Tabulator’s stored rules and preferences by removing the extension or clearing its extension data. Privacy questions can be sent through the support contact published on Tabulator’s Chrome Web Store listing.
